Unfortunately, no. And they’re not actually making a Season 2 yet.
Just be patient and wait for the current manga to finish, it’ll come for sure :)

Well, we’re not quite sure yet but a lot of rumors say that there will be. But then, they are rumors so don’t get your hopes up yet.
But in my opinion, by the way Season 1 ended, I’m guessing that there will be a Season 2. Idk, just my opinion.
So I suggest you read the manga until there are news that confirm of a 2nd Season of Kaichou Wa Maid Sama! We will keep you posted! :)
